This service allows you to forward your incoming calls to any phone number (local, mobile or international) you want.

 If the subscriber wants to forward the calls to a mobile or an international number, the corresponding zeros should be activated

How to activate this service:
 

First Method:

•    Dial * 72 and wait a few seconds, till you hear a special tone
•    Enter the number you would like to forward your incoming calls to
•    The service will be activated once you hang up
•    Now you’ll be able to make phone calls, but you will not be able to receive any incoming calls on your number unless you deactivate the service
•    As soon as the service is activated you’ll always hear a special tone indicating that your incoming calls are being forwarded to the number you assigned
 

Second Method:
•     Dial * 21 FTN # (FTN means forwarded Telephone number)

How to deactivate this service:

•    Dial * 73 and wait a few seconds until you hear a special tone indicating that the service has been deactivated
Or
•    Dial # 21 # and wait a few seconds until you hear a special tone indicating that the service has been deactivated

Service Price: Free of charge in addition to the forwarded calls charges

This Service allows you to leave a short voice message and allows you to record a welcoming voice message, so you won’t miss any call.

How to activate this service:

1-   To access your voice mail:

From your own phone:
Dial 151 followed by #, then enter your PIN code followed by #

From another fixed line (PALTEL or other Telecom company):
Dial 151
Enter your phone number excluding the area code
Press # after hearing the welcoming message
Enter your PIN code followed by # after hearing the message
Voice Mail will notify you about the received messages
Follow the instructions to check your messages
 

2-   To change your PIN code

Access your voicemail
Press 8, after that enter your PIN code to hear a message, then press 4
Enter your new PIN code ( 4 digits) after hearing the message, and then press #
Re-enter the new PIN code again after hearing the message, then press # 
 

3-   To record the welcoming message

Access your voicemail
Press 82, and follow instructions
Press 5 and wait to hear the tone, after that start recording your own welcoming message, then press #
Press 2 to hear the recorded welcoming message again
Press 76 to clear the recorded welcoming message
Press 5 to re-record the welcoming message
Press # to stop recording

This Service enables you to display the numbers of the incoming calls on the LCD screen even while you are talking over the phone.

Service price: 8.33 NIS per month, VAT excluded

This Service helps you to manage phone calls when you are busy with another call.
 
 

How to use this service:
 

•    When you hear a tone indicating that there is another incoming call, you can put the person (you’re talking to) to stay on hold, then press the cradle (or press the Flash button), then you can talk to the second caller without interrupting the first call
•    In case you need to return to the first call, press the cradle again (or press the Flash button) That’s how you move between the two calls
•    Press the cradle (or press the Flash button) within 60 seconds of the second incoming call; otherwise the second caller will hear the busy tone

This Service enables displaying the numbers of the incoming calls on the LCD screen

This service allows you to make a call between 3 phone numbers (local, international or mobile) at the same time.
 

How to use this service:
 

•     Dial the first number and start talking
•    Keep the first party on hold and press the cradle for one second (or press the flash button), then you’ll hear a second different tone
•    Then dial the second party number and start talking
•    Press the cradle for one second (or the Flash button) again. Now the three parties can enjoy the same conversation

This service helps you to dial the last incoming call.

How to use this service?
 

•    Dial * 42 (or * 42 # ), this automatically will dial the last incoming call
•    If the telephone number is busy, place the handset and wait until you hear your phone ringing
 

 
Service price: free of charge, but subscriber is charged for the phone calls

This service helps automatically redial a busy number till the subscriber is able to conduct the phone call.

How to use this service
 

•    If the dialed number was busy, dial *41 (or flash * 41) and hang up
•    Wait until you hear your phone ringing
 
 

To deactivate the service: dial * 61 (or # 41)

19xxx

Paltel introduces the Audio text service to provide the local TV and radio channels with a special 5-digit numbers (19xxx) to allow subscribers to access their programs (entertainment, discussions, and informative programs, etc).

Service P:

• New installation fee is NIS 50 (VAT excluded).

Monthly amount:

• 20 NIS if the received calls were less than 7 hours.
• Free if the received calls were more than 7 hours.

 Calls to (19xxx) tariff:

• Cost per call to 19xxx number is 1 NIS per minute (VAT excluded).

• PALTEL’s tariff policy is applied after the first 30 seconds of each call. Subsequent usage increments will be applied after the 12 seconds thereafter. 

178xx

Paltel introduces the premium number services to provide satellite TV channels with a special 5-digit numbers (178xx) and 4-digit numbers (14xx-Palestine Call) to allow subscribers to access their programs (competitions, tele voting, horoscopes).

 It is possible to distribute the calls regionally and periodically in the case of using PRI lines.

  Service Tariff:

• There are no monthly amount  for this service
• calls tariff according to PALTEL‘s Policy ( from 2 NIS to 3 NIS for calls to Palestine Call numbers 14xx and 3NIS for Calls to Premium numbers 178xx excluding VAT).
•  Paltel’s price policy is applied after the first 30 seconds of each call. Subsequent usage increments will be applied after the 12 seconds thereafter.
